ARRIVAL TEST INSPECTION (DEFINITE) (CONTINUED)
10.  Operate the ramp a sufficient number of times to determine the condition of its machinery or any
repairs required.
11.  Operation of the vessel for test and inspection will be performed over a sufficient length of time to
assure the true condition of its machinery, systems and components have been determined.
Test Report:
Furnish the Ship Surveyor, immediately after the test, one (1) rough copy of inspection results, followed
by three (3) typed copies within two (2) days.
The test report shall contain the following information:
1.
Each system or component test, conditions found and recommended repairs.
2.
All lubricating oil pressures, hydraulic and drive oil pressures, temperatures, water or oil leaks,
electrical output or any abnormal condition which would interfere with satisfactory operation of the vessel.
3.
For all recommended repairs, submit within two (2) days after the test, the cost of recommended
repairs, material required and the availability of such material.
