Reassembly:
Reassemble each engine, transmission, assembly, sub-assembly and accessory, furnish and installing
new material as specified and replacing missing or defective fasteners, piping, tubing and fittings.
Maintain all clearances, tolerances and torques as specified by the manufacturer.
Upon completion of reassembly, connect each engine to transmission, service and lubricate as required,
and leave units ready for test.
Test:
Test run each bank of engines and their transmission as a unit on a dynamometer test stand. Test run
shall consist of a fifteen (15) minute warm up period and a four (4) hour continuous run. Gradually increase load
to full power during last hour of test.
Eliminate all oil, water and fuel leaks. Correct all other deficiencies noted during test run.
