Ensure that power is on to INMARSAT-C transceiver, INMARSAT-C data terminal and INMARSAT-C printer.
2.
Ensure that a minimum of three SEASAT program signal strength boxes in top right corner of data terminal screen
are illuminated.
3.
Ensure that transceiver is logged in and the correct ocean region has been selected.
4.
Press the ALT key to access the menu bar.
5.
Highlight TRANSMIT. Press the ENTER key.
