Hold one nut (9) with 3/4 inch wrench and loosen other nut (9) using second 3/4 inch wrench.

Loosen first nut using 3/4 inch wrench.
Have one person position scoop (10) in straight up and down position

Adjust tie rod length by turning tie rod end (11) screwing adjusting link (12) in or out of tie rod end (11) and/or tie rod

(13).
Run nuts (9) out to ends of adjusting link (12), tighten finger tight.
10.
Tighten nuts (9) using 3/4 inch wrench.
11.
Insert linkage pin (7) through hole in inner steering arm (8).
12.
Install flat washer (6), lockwasher (5) and nut (4) on linkage pin (7).
13.
Holding nut (3) with 9/16 inch wrench, tighten nut (4) using socket and ratchet.
14.
Close and secure steering unit hatches.
15.
Close hydrojet hatches.
