Cotter pin (1)

Nut (2)
Loosen.
NOTE
Capscrew (3) is threaded
into steering bracket (4).

Capscrew (3)
Turn out of handle (5),
steering bracket (4) and
nut (2).

Spring washer (6) and
Remove with capscrew (2).

5.
Handle (5) and throttle
Remove as an assembly.

INSTALLATION
1.  Handle (5) and throttle
Position on steering
shaft
bracket (4).
Position throttle shaft gears by alining the long space
in each gear with the long tooth in each gear.
2.
Washer (7) and spring
Place on capscrew (3) as
washer (6)
shown.
3.
Nut (2)
Place in position in steering
handle.
4.
Capscrew (3)
Turn into steering bracket
Tighten capscrew (3) and nut (2) until friction is
(4), steering handle (5)
enough to hold handle in any position.
and nut (2).
5.
Cotter pin (1)
Install.
