SPOTLIGHT OPERATION.
a. To traverse the spotlight,
rotate the large wheel In the roof of the conning tower clockwise or
counterclockwise.
b. To elevate or depress the spotlight, pull (to elevate) or push (to depress) the hand knob extending
through the center of the wheel.
