OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR
"A" FRAME WINCH
STARTING PROCEDURE
1.
Check the level of the hydraulic oil in the reservoir of the central hydraulic power unit located on the starboard
side in the forward engine room. Add oil if necessary.
2.
Energize power unit by pushing the "start" button on the panel in the engine room access.
OPERATING PROCEDURE
1.
Operate the control valve, located inside the starboard side bulwark, in the desired direction.
2.
NOTE: When moving "A" Frame in or out, first disconnect locking lugs on "A" Frame and locking bar.
SECURING PROCEDURE
1.
Stop system by centering control valve.
2.
Stop hydraulic pump at controller.
