1. Engine driven pump fails to raise pressure (Cont).

If the accumulator pressure
does not rise, make certain
that the hand pump relief
valve (3) is closed after
the pressure is released
and repeat the above purg-
ing procedure.
Step 2.
Check for low fluid level.
The fluid level in the
reservoir must be suf-
ficient to completely
cover the screen at the
bottom of the tank after
the accumulator is charged
and the engine-driven pump
is by-passing a full
stream of fluid to the
reservoir.
