5. Electrical system checkout.
NOTE
Before final reassembly and installation of the dispenser, check the electrical system for proper
operation as follows: (see figure below).
a. The electrical system on the hermetic compressor can be checked thoroughly with an ordinary test
lamp as follows:
b. With compressor plugged in, test lamp across following must
light.
(1)
L1 and L2. If no light, check power source.
(2)
L and 3. If no light, make sure control contacts are
closed.
(3) M and 3. If no light, relay circuit is open. Replace relay.
