(3) Pre-heat hot plate griddles 10 minutes before setting cold utensils on hot plate.

NOTE

In heavy seas, sea-rail must be attached to the oven top while cooking.

Preheat hot plate griddle 30 minutes with cooking oil before starting to fry.

c. Galley/Mess - Oven Operation.

(1)

For baking or roasting.

(a) Turn oven damper counter-clockwise to open damper. Controls air flow into oven.

(b) Turn oven thermostat clockwise to desired cookin temperature.
