With the blower housing, rotors and

end plates still supported in a

vertical position on the two wood

blocks, install the roller bearings

on the rotor shafts and in the front
Bearings
end plate as follows:
(1)
Lubricate one of the roller
bearings (95) with clean
engine oil. Start the
bearing, numbered end up,
straight on one of the rotor
shafts (101 or 102).
(2)
Place installer J6270-4 on
top of the bearing (95) and
tap the bearing on the shaft
(101 or 102) and into the
front end plate (90).
