4. NOISY OPERATION OF PUMP
Step 1.
Check to see if oil level is low in reservoir
Refill reservoir
Step 2.
Check for air in system
Purge system
Step 3.
Check for a loose external connection
Tighten connection.
Step 4.
Check to see if pump is defective
Notify direct support maintenance
5. HYDRAULIC PUMP DISCHARGE PRESSURE LOW
Step 1.
Check to see if suction valves are partially closed
Open suction valves fully
Step 2.
Check to see if oil level In reservoir is low
Replenish reservoir
Step 3.
Check to see if suction strainers are clogged
Clean strainers (para 3-11).
Step 4.
Check to see if pump is defective
Notify direct support maintenance
