condition, hold back hook and eye, inspect ladder for serviceability and obstruction.

Standard: Hatch and securing gear operate freely, gasket is soft and fills cavity, hold back hook and eye

present and functional, ladder is completely serviceable and properly secured and unobstructed. __________
