(4) With window and heater operating, visually check
to make sure that the drain holes in the bottom of
the air chamber between the two glass panels are
free from obstructions
(5) If drain holes are plugged, refer to PMCS, Item
64, step a.(2) and (3).
NOTE
The glass should be clean
inside and out to maintain
maximum visibility.
