Lift up on front of printer (4) to release printer from hook and pile tape.

Slide printer forward and remove screw (7) from ground wire (8) on printer (4).

Raise the back of the paper stand (9) and slide forward. Remove the roll paper stand (9) and paper roll (3).
8.
Loosen the mounting screws (10) on each side of the serial port connector shell (11).
9.
Unplug the 25-pin port plug (11), tagged GMDSS-J2/HF PRN, from the back of the printer (4).
10. Remove plug (11).
11. Remove power plug (12) from back of printer (4).
12. Remove serial printer (4).
INSTALL SERIAL PRINTER
1.
Obtain replacement serial printer (4).
2.
Perform initial setup of serial printer. (WP 0015 00)
3.
Carefully turn printer over and install self sticking hook and pile tape.
