Using screwdriver loosen hose clamps (1) on scupper drain hose (2).

Pull hose (2) from drain pipes (3) located on aft cockpit (4).
4.
Using wrench remove four bolts (5) and four washers (1.1) securing aft cockpit to deck.
Close hydrojet hatches.
5.
NOTE
A lifting device or three personnel are required to lift aft cockpit into position.
6.
Lift aft cockpit using handles (6) provided at each corner until it clears hull structure, then remove from boat.
INSTALL:

A lifting device or three personnel are required to lift aft cockpit into position.
Lift aft cockpit (4) into position over drive shaft with scupper drain pipes aft and air intake ports forward.

Aline four holes in comers of aft cockpit with matching holes on deck.
2.
Install mounting bolts (5) washers (1.1) and tighten using wrench.
3.
Open hydrojet hatches (refer to paragraph 3-154).
4.
Connect scupper drain hoses (2) to drain pipes (3) on aft end of cockpit.
5.
Tighten drain hose clamps (1) using screwdriver.
6.
Close hydrojet hatch covers.
