3. Place the correct end
of the installer in
the bearing and under
the ram of the press.
4. Press the bearing into
the cover until the
stop on the installer
contacts the boss on
the cover.
5. Reverse the cover,
inner face up, on the
bed of an arbor press.
6. Lubricate the second
bearing with engine
oil and start the
bearing, numbered end
up, straight in the
bore until it is flush
with the face of the
boss.
