Place (red) check valve (14) lever in the off position.

Rotate valve (15) counter-clockwise. Any air trapped in
the pump should bleed off.

Rotate valve (16) clockwise.

Rotate valve (17) clockwise.

Rotate valve (18) clockwise.

Engine Access Room.
Place circuit breaker #4 on power distribution panel (P-400) in the ON position.
