Allow milk dispenser to operate about one (1) hour
to reach proper operating temperature before
placing cans of milk in the dispenser.
(3) Temperature is factory preset and adjusted for an average interior temperature of 35to 38 (16.1to 21 ).

1 Turn temperature control knob to the right (clockwise) to lower temperature.
