3. No fuel (Cont).
Step 2.
Check for injector racks not in full-fuel position.
Check for bind in the governor-to-injector link-age. Readjust the
governor and injector controls if necessary. Refer to paragraphs 3-10
and 3-31.
4. Low compression.
Step 1.
Check for exhaust valves that are sticking or burned.
Remove the cylinder head and recondition the exhaust valves. Refer
to paragraph 3-34.
