NOTES
Cylinder liners are available in .001, .005, .010, .020 and .030 inch
oversize on the outside diameter. When an oversize liner is used, the
amount of oversize is stamped on top of the cylinder block adjacent to
the liner counterbore.
New service liners, standard and oversize, have an inside diameter of
4.2495 to 4.2511 inch (10.7937 to 10.7978 cm).
Do not modify the surface finish in a new service liner. Since the liner
is properly finished at the factory, any change will adversely affect the
seating of the piston rings.
