1. Strike the rear face

of the ears on the

mer to free the cover
from the dowels.
2. Pull the cover straight
off the end of the
crankshaft.
e. Gasket
Remove.
Discard gasket.

Remove if necessary.

3. Oil seal
a. Oil seal
1. Drive the seal out of
