enters bearing hous-
ing first and oil
holes in bearing and
housing are in line.
b. Using puller, pull
bearing into housing
until positioned as
shown below. Edge
of bearing is 1/32"
(0.794 cm) below
surface of bronze
bearing washer.
c. Look through oil
pressure regulator
opening in crankcase
to see that oil
passage to bearing
is not blocked.
d. Check to see that
relief groove in
bearing is at top.
