with engine oil and
start the bearing,

the pilot end of

3. Then, press the bear-
ing into the lever
until it is flush with
the top surface of the
lever. Reverse the
lever on the press and
install the second
bearing in the same
manner.

grease, or equivalent.
2. Place the lever in
position between the
two bosses inside the
governor housing.
3. Insert a flat washer
on each side of the
