Galley/Mess - Oven Hot Plate.
There are two rotary switches to operate the hot plate griddle top for right and left sides.
(1)
Turn the right rotary switch clockwise to select and adjust hot plate temperature.
(2)
Turn the left rotary switch clockwise to select and adjust hot plate temperature.
