Place bracket (12) on pedestal.

Install bolts (14), washers (15) and lockwashers (16). Do not tighten.
(7)
Rotate bracket on pedestal to line up scribe marks. Tighten bolts (14).
NOTE
If the scribe marks are missing, continue assembly.
