2-170. JACK STAFF, ENSIGN STAFF, AND SIGNAL FLAG.
To remove the jack staff, ensign staff, and signal flag proceed as follows:
a. JACK STAFF
(1)
To remove the jack staff (1).
(a) Lift from socket (2).
(b) Stow jack staff on vehicle deck.
(2)
To install the jack staff.
(a) Insert staff (1) in socket (2).
(b) Rotate to align slot.
(c) Push staff to bottom of socket.
