The water holes
at each end of
the head may be cleaned
up with
a 1/2 inch
(1.27 cm) drill
and the intermediate
holes may be cleaned
up with a 13/16
inch (2.063 cm) drill.
Break the edges of the
holes slightly.
c. Press the nozzles
in place with the nozzle
openings parallel to
the longitudinal
center-line.
Press the nozzles flush
to .0312 inch (.0792 cm)
recessed below the surface
of the cylinder head.
