(18) Note reading on dial indicator and compare it with the chart.
After completing the timing check, remove the dial indicator. Remove shipping caps from injector,
and install injector fuel lines, making sure they are tightened to prevent any leaks.

Remove the pointer attached to the front of the engine.
(19) Adjust the exhaust valves and time the injectors as outlined in paragraph 3-162.
(20) Install the valve rocker cover.
