CAUTION
New circlips must be used to prevent serious engine
damage.
d. Cylinders.
(1) Install new base gaskets on crankcase.
(2) Apply a light coat of BIA-TC-W oil (NSN 9150-00-117-8791) to bearing on each end of rod, inside of
cylinders and outside of pistons. Align piston rings with locating pins on piston and using ring compressor tool,
compress the rings and install cylinders over pistons.
