1. Relief Valve
a. Put the helm hardover in
either direction with the
engines running (1 pump
only supplying system).
b. Remove cap (1) from relief
valve (2).
c. Loosen nut (3) and back-off
screw (4) until it no longer
bears on spring.
d. Hold the helm in the hardover
position and slowly turn down
screw until the pressure gage
reads 1500 psi.
e. Tighten nut (3) and replace
cap.
