a. Drain cooling system.
b. Remove oil tubes from oil
cooler cover (1).
c.
Matchmark the end of the oil
cooler cover (1), cooler
element (2), and cooler
housing (3), with a punch or
file so they can be installed
in their same relative
position.
d. Remove the bolts (4) and
lockwashers (5) securing
cover to housing. Pull
cover away from housing.
