NOTE
The upper oil control ring is chrome-flashed on the sides, in addition to
chrome-plate on the face.
The scraping edges of all oil control rings must face downward (toward the
bottom of the piston) for proper oil control.
If there is a noticeable resistance during installation of the piston, check for an
over-lapped ring expander.
