NOTE
When fuel injector is disassembled, replace element, spring, gasket, and cap.
3. Stop Pin
Depress follower (5) and follower
spring (6) with palm of hand as
shown and remove stop pin (7).
4. Injector
a. Reverse injector in fixture.
Nut
b. Loosen injector nut (8).
Use tool J6868-01.
c. Unscrew injector nut and
lift straight up, being
careful not to dislodge
the spray tip and valve
parts.
