Throttle Control Unit
First, it is a control system disconnect so that the
engine can be operated from the engine room
independently of the control system. Second, it
provides a means of matching the stroke
required to operate the engine governor lever.
Third, it acts as a convenient fastening point for
the cables without having to use awkward
brackets or extra cable bends

PTO Clutch Lever
Used to engage/disengage the ramp hydraulic
pump drive.
