REMOVAL
REMOVE LATCH MECHANISM
a.
Remove access plate to locking cylinder/latch
mechanism.
b.
Remove cotter pins (1) and clevis pin (2).
c.
Remove nut (3) and washer (4) securing latch
assembly (5).
d.
Remove latch assembly (5) from vessel.
e.
Remove other latch assembly In the same
manner.
