INSTALLATION

INSTALL HELM UNIT.

NOTE

Rotate control unit shaft while bringing surfaces into contact.

This will allow splines on control unit and helm unit to engage.

Install control unit (7) and helm unit (6) using

bolts (5) Torque bolts to 280 lb In. (316 Nm).

Install hoses (4).

Install key (3) and steering wheel (2).

Install capnut (1).

Replace access cover and gasket.
