DISASSEMBLY
DISASSEMBLE RAMP HOIST HYDRAULIC
PUMP
NOTE
Inlet cover (2) may need to be rotated to mount
inlet hydraulic line
a. Remove cover bolts (1), and cover
(2) Note relative position of inlet port
In cover to the outlet port In body for
correct assembly
b. Grasp the pump cartridge (inner as
sembly), and while turning, pull it from
drive shaft Loosening the pump car
tridge can be accomplished by prying
under the flats of the ring with two
screw drivers.
c. Remove sealing ring (3) from recess in
body
