NOTE
If shims are required, coat the shim stock with an approved anti-corrosion compound to
prevent dissimilar metal corrosion.
a. Place a level on the electric motor (1) (facing front/rear) and make sure the motor is level. If not level, loosen
bolts (11), lockwashers (12), and nuts (13), and secure evenly.
b. If level is not accomplished, repeat step a. and shim between motor (1) and reservoir (10) as required.
c. Loosen bolts, lockwashers, and nuts (3,4,5,7,8 and 9) and carefully ali gn the left/right axis, placing the bell
housing (2) and the piston pump (6) evenly centered. Align the piston pump as required to center the
components, with the electric motor (1) making sure piston pump (6) is level.
d. When centering is accomplished, carefully secure the bell housing and piston pump bolts, lockwashers, and nuts,
(3,4,5,7,8 and 9).
e. Restore power and operate the hydraulic power pack. Check for vibration or noise that may indicate
misalignment. If misalignment is suspec ted, repeat the above procedure.
