REMOVAL
Tag and disconnect electrical wires at conduit (2).

Unscrew switch cover (1) by turning counterclockwise and remove.
b.
c.
Remove four bolts (5) and remove pressure switch (8) from transducer (6).
REPLACEMENT
Secure with four
Position pressure switch assembly (8) on transducer (6).

b o l t s (5). Torque to 80 in-lb (100.4 Nm).
Remove adjusting nut cover (7) by lifting and twisting it slightly.

ADJUSTMENT (Table 2-4)
I f the fixed differential pressure switch is in the line of final application

when adjustment is made, be sure pressure switch can be test operated without
affecting other equipment.
Loosen lock ring (3) on adjustment nut (4) and turn pressure adjustment nut

full upwards using a 7/16 wrench.
