REMOVAL
Unscrew blinker light base (5) from yardarm.
a.
Disconnect electrical wiring by pulling the electrical plug connector from
b.
the electrical receptacle connector at blinker light base (5).
c.
On port side of pilothouse console, remove mounting nuts (7) on navigational
l i g h t control (8).
d.
Remove screws (11) and remove cover from navigational light control (8).
e.
Tag and disconnect electrical wiring.
DISASSEMBLY
a.
Loosen swivel bolt (12).
b. Open hinged cover (1) and remove gasket (13).
c.
Push down and turn counterclockwise incandescent lamp (4) and remove.
Remove hexagon nuts (10) from threaded rods (2), pull hinged cover (1) up and
d.
remove gasket (9), lens (3) and gasket (6).
