INITIAL SETUP
Tools
Equipment Condition
Tool kit, general mechanic's,
Electrical power supply turned OFF,
at emergency power panel EL-102
T o o l kit, e l e c t r i c i a n ' s ,
and switch tagged "Out of Service -
Do Not Operate."
Materials/Parts
Gasket P/N PT121-1
Heater driver diaphragm PT 120-1
Warning tags, Item 1, Appendix C
REMOVAL
Remove hexagon head cap screws (2), flat washers (3), and self-locking
a.
hexagon nuts (4) holding access cover (1) in place.
Remove access cover.
b.
Tag and disconnect electrical leads to heater driver diaphragm (5).
c.
Remove hexagon head cap screws, flat washers, and self-locking nuts (7).
d.
e.
Remove heater drive diaphragm (5).
Remove gasket (6).
f.
REPAIR
Repair is by replacement of heater driver diaphragm (5) and gasket (6).
REPLACEMENT
Install gasket (6).
a.
Attach heater driver diaphragm (5) to horn with hexagon head cap screws flat
b.
washers and self-locking hexagon nuts (7).
Remove tag and connect electrical leads to heater driver diaphragm (5).
c.
Change 1
