Install flat washers (9) and spring tension washer (17).

Install sleeve bearing (23).

Install camshaft (9) and handle (19).

Install spring pins (18) in camshaft.

Install valve regulator (14); secure to upper portion of control station with

hex head screws (15) and lockwashers (16).
REPLACEMENT
Replace Four-Way Directional Valve.
a.
Remove caps or plugs from connections.

Apply teflon tape to connections; connect flexible hoses at ports (5, 6,

and 7, FIGURE 2-100).
Position valve in slot in engine room console.
(3)
Replace four machine bolts (2).
(4)
Inside console secure valve with nuts (4) and lockwashers (3).
(5)
Replace Engine Room Control Station.
b.
Remove caps or plugs from connections.

Apply teflon tape to connections connect flexible hoses at ports (11, 12,

and 13, FIGURE 2-101).
Position control station in slot in engine room console.

Replace four machine bolts (2).
(4)
Inside console secure control station with nuts (4) and lockwashers (3).

Replace access panel (3, FIGURE 2-99) and secure to console with 12

machine bolts (2).
Restore air pressure to engine room control console and remove tags.
