Warning tag, Item 1, Appendix C
WARNING
Death, serious injury, or equipment damage
can result from contact with live electrical
c i r c u i t s . Before beginning work on this, or
any other electrical equipment, turn power
and control voltage circuit breakers OFF and
tag "Out of Service - Do Not Operate."
REMOVAL
Remove electrical cables (10 through 17).

Remove attaching parts.
Remove power panel (9).
REPLACEMENT
a.
Install power panel (9) and attaching parts.
Connect electrical cables (10 through 17).
b.
Apply power.
Remove tag.
