Torque wrench (30-300 ft-lb),
5120-01-125-5190
Materials/Parts
4-inch swing check valve
P/N 5341F-41N
Place a drip pan under swing check valve (1).
a.
Remove nuts (2) and bolts (3) from flanges (4).
b.
NOTE
Two soldiers will be required to remove/
replace swing check valve.
c. Remove swing check valve.
NOTE
Two soldiers will be required to remove/
replace swing check valve.
a. Install swing check valve (1) and attach with bolts (3).
Install nuts (2) and torque to 75 ft-lb (102 Nm).
b.
Charge pipeline and check for leaks.
c.
Remove drip pan.
