Install basket gasket (5, FIGURE 2-247) and basket (4) in sediment strainer.

Install cover gasket (3) and cover (2).

Tighten knob (1).
Install 2-1/2 inch sediment strainer (3, FIGURE 2-246) and attach with bolts

(1).
Install nut (2) and torque to 50 ft-lb (68 Nm).

Charge pipeline and check for leaks.
Remove drip pan.
