The hand pump is used for priming the fuel system.

Fuel Filter/Water Separator
This quadplex fuel filter/water separator removes water from the fuel
entering main engine 1. The unit also provides primary fuel filtration for
main engine 1. See figure 4 for details.

Cutoff Valve
This valve secures the flow of lube oil from the oil filter to the hose
connector.

Engine Control Panel
This panel contains the controls and indicators for main engine 2. See figure
