This indicator illuminates to indicate that the oil has reached an over-
temperature condition.

Thermostat
The thermostat is used to select the desired temperature setting 200 to
400 F (93 to 204 C) in 25 F (14 C) increments.

ON-OFF POWER Switch
This switch turns the fryer ON and OFF.

Drain Valve
This valve drains oil from the fryer when OPEN.
