To secure the fuel oil transfer piping, verify that the following valves are CLOSED:

FO-5, F.O.DAY TK EMERG FILL (figure 3, item 3)
d.
FO-6, C.O.V. - F.O. XFER PMP N0.1 SUCTION (figure 3, item 4)
e.
FO-8, C.O.V. - F.O. XFER PMP No.1 DISCHARGE (figure 3, item 5)
f.
FO-7, C.O.V. - F.O. XFER PMP No.2 SUCTION (figure 3, item 6)
g.
FO-9, C.O.V.- F.O. XFER PMP No.2 DISCHARGE (figure 3, item 7)
h.
