Visually inspect slicer for damage and
missing parts.

WARNING
Disconnect power source before
cleaning. Electrocution or serious
injury could occur. Use care when
cleaning near slicer knife. Serious
personal injury could result.
! CAUTION
Never wash any slicer component in
dishwasher, as permanent damage will
occur.
Never use steel pads to clean the knife
as the abrasive action will damage the
knife.
Use a mild dish soap, hot water and a
clean cloth to thoroughly clean the slicer.
Rinse the slicer using another clean cloth
and clean hot water. Dry the slicer with
another clean cloth.
